Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Thriftect Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Services

Our services are provided for business and professional use. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our managed security services. Specific SLA terms are outlined in your service agreement. All service times are referenced in South African Standard Time (SAST).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Thriftect Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
